Month to Month Freedom
With our co-working space, there are no annual contracts or long-term commitments. Your subscription renews monthly, providing flexible membership options that allow you to adapt as your needs change, including options for private office rental.
Simple Cancellation Process
Require 30 days' written notice for cancellation with one final month's payment. This applies to our co-working space as well as our flexible membership options for private office rental. No hidden fees or complicated exit processes.

CoLabs on Third is a members-only community offering a unique co-working space. We prioritize quality and security, which is why we don't provide walk-in access or day passes. Instead, we focus on flexible membership options and private office rental to cater to our members' needs.
